Ingredients
  

  • 1 box white cake mix (15.25 oz / 432g)
  • 1 small box strawberry Jello (3 oz / 85g)
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil (canola oil recommended)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup pureed ripe strawberries (frozen strawberries can be used)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare three 8-inch or two 9-inch round pans by greasing and flouring them.
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend on low speed until mixed.
  • Increase to medium speed and mix for about 2 minutes, ensuring the pureed strawberries are well incorporated.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
