- 1 box white cake mix (15.25 oz / 432g)
- 1 small box strawberry Jello (3 oz / 85g)
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- ¾ cup vegetable oil (canola oil recommended)
- ½ cup milk
- ¾ cup pureed ripe strawberries (frozen strawberries can be used)
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare three 8-inch or two 9-inch round pans by greasing and flouring them.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend on low speed until mixed.
Increase to medium speed and mix for about 2 minutes, ensuring the pureed strawberries are well incorporated.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
