Instructions
 

  • Start by placing 3 tablespoons of chia seeds into your preferred bowl or jar.
  • Wash and hull 1 cup of fresh strawberries, then chop them into small pieces.
  • Add the softened 4 tablespoons of cream cheese to the bowl with the chia seeds.
  • Pour in 1 cup of your chosen milk – almond, coconut, or regular milk all work well.
  • Stir in 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup to sweeten the mixture naturally.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to give it a lovely, aromatic flavor.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, ensuring the chia seeds are evenly distributed and the cream cheese is fully incorporated.
  • Let the mixture sit for just a few minutes.
  • Stir once more to prevent any clumping and ensure a smooth texture.
  • Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally, overnight, allowing it to thicken into a delicious pudding.
