sturdy bread (brioche or challah)

plain Greek yogurt
(or flavored)

cup
fresh berries
(strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or a mix)

eggs

milk

cinnamon

sugar

tbsp
butter
(for greasing the pan)
powdered sugar
(for dusting)
Instructions
Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin until thin.
Spread a layer of Greek yogurt on each slice.
Top with a few berries on the yogurt.
Roll each slice tightly with the filling inside.
In a shallow dish, whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and sugar together.
Dip each roll into the egg mixture, coating fully.
Heat a skillet over medium-high and add butter or cooking spray.
Cook the rolls in the skillet until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from skillet and place on a serving plate.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Serve warm, with extra berries or maple syrup if desired.
