  • 1 bag Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips (9 ounce, such as Lily's)
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Almonds
  • 2 slices Cooked Bacon crumbled

  • Place the sugar-free chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave on high for 30 seconds, then give it a good stir. Repeat this process for another 30 seconds, stirring again. Finish with a final 15-second microwave burst, then stir until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted. It's okay if a few small chips remain, they'll melt with the residual heat!
  • Gently fold the chopped almonds into the smooth, melted chocolate. This simple step adds a lovely texture and healthy fats to your bark.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Carefully pour the chocolate and almond mixture onto the paper, spreading it evenly into a thin layer, about ½ inch thick.
  • Evenly sprinkle the crumbled bacon bits over the chocolate layer. Use a spatula to gently press the bacon into the chocolate, ensuring it adheres well.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for approximately 20 minutes, or until the chocolate has completely hardened. Once firm, peel the parchment paper away from the chocolate and break it into 8 delicious pieces. Store any leftover bark in the refrigerator to keep it fresh.
