Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix dry ingredients (almond flour, brown sweetener, masala chai spice, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, xanthan gum) in a large bowl until combined.
Add wet ingredients (eggs, 1/4 cup unsalted melted butter, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree) and stir with a spatula until smooth.
Fill a piping bag with batter and pipe into greased donut molds. Smooth tops.
Bake for 16-18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes.
Loosen donuts and transfer to a rack. Brush with 2 tbsp melted butter.
Mix sugar substitute and 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice, then roll donuts in mixture to coat.
