  • 0.33 cup almond milk
  • 0.25 frozen avocado
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Combine & Blend: Gently add all the smoothie bowl ingredients (Millennia Tea Superfood Cube, frozen cauliflower, frozen blueberries, cashew butter, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, frozen avocado, and cinnamon) into your high-speed blender.
  • Achieve Creaminess: Blend for approximately 1 minute, or until the mixture transforms into a wonderfully smooth and creamy consistency. If any ingredients cling to the sides, simply pause your blender and scrape them down to ensure everything is fully incorporated.
