  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup prepared pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for effortless cleanup.
  • In a spacious bowl, gently combine the ground chicken, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until everything is thoroughly mixed.
  • Transfer the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press it down firmly into a thin, even circle or rectangle. A thinner crust will bake up crispier!
  • Pop the baking sheet into the oven for 25 minutes, or until the chicken crust turns golden and feels firm. After baking, let it rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes to help it set properly.
  • Increase your oven temperature to 425°F (220°C). Generously spread your favorite pizza sauce over the chicken crust, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and arrange the pepperoni slices (or any other healthy toppings you love!).
  • Return the pizza to the oven for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is wonderfully melted and bubbly.
  • Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing into delicious, healthy portions. Get ready to savor every bite!
