In your Ninja Creami pint container, pour in the Fairlife milk, unsweetened almond milk, cottage cheese, sugar-free chocolate pudding mix, chocolate protein powder, and a tiny pinch of salt. Fill up to the max line.
Grab a handheld frother or use a blender to mix all the ingredients thoroughly until the mixture is completely smooth and there are no lumps of cottage cheese left. This is key for that perfect creamy texture!
Cover the pint with its lid and place it in your freezer for a full 24 hours. It needs to be completely frozen solid throughout before the next step.
Once fully frozen, remove the pint from the freezer. You can run the outside of the pint under warm water for about 60 seconds to slightly loosen the edges. Make sure the top surface of the frozen mixture is level.
Carefully place the prepared pint into your Ninja Creami machine. Secure the outer bowl lid, then install it onto the machine base. Press the "Lite Ice Cream" button to begin the first spin.
After the first cycle, check the texture of your frosty. If it appears powdery or crumbly, don't worry! Add about 1-2 tablespoons of extra milk (Fairlife or almond) to the pint. Re-install the pint and press the "Re-spin" button.
If your frosty still isn't perfectly smooth and creamy like a soft-serve consistency after the re-spin, add another small splash of milk and re-spin one more time. Repeat until you achieve that irresistible thick, smooth texture.
Once your frosty is perfectly creamy, grab a spoon (or a wide straw for a classic frosty feel!) and immediately dive into your delicious, protein-packed homemade chocolate frosty. Enjoy this refreshing and healthy summer treat!
