  • 1 ounce light coconut milk from a can, well-shaken
  • 0.5 ounces pineapple juice unsweetened

  • Ice cubes

Garnish & Rim

  • 1 lime wedge for rim
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut for rim
  • Fresh pineapple wedge or lime wheel for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prep your glass: Gently rub the rim of a martini glass with the fresh lime wedge to moisten it.
  • Create a tropical rim: Pour the unsweetened shredded coconut onto a small, flat plate. Carefully press the moistened rim of the glass into the coconut to create an inviting, flaky border.
  • Chill and mix: Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with fresh ice cubes.
  • Combine INGREDIENTS : Add the vanilla vodka, light coconut milk, pineapple juice, and unsweetened almond milk into the shaker.
  • Shake it up: Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This ensures all ingredients are perfectly blended and thoroughly chilled.
  • Serve with flair: Strain the delightful, creamy mixture into your prepared martini glass.
