Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream cold for best results!
  • 1 cup half & half also cold!
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • Pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Grab a medium-sized bowl and simply pour in the cold heavy cream, half & half, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and salt.
  • Gently stir everything together until the sugar completely dissolves. Remember, just stir, don't whisk vigorously! This keeps the ice cream super creamy.
  • Transfer the mixture into your ice cream machine and let it churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Once churned to a soft-serve consistency, spoon the ice cream into an airtight container. Freeze for a few hours, or until it reaches your desired firmness. If it gets too hard, let it sit out for a few minutes before scooping!
