Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (about 90% lean)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce your favorite
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni (or more, to taste!)

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This helps prevent sticking!
  • In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the ground beef, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is just well combined.
  • Transfer the beef mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Press it out evenly into a thin circle or rectangle, about 10-12 inches wide. Making it thin helps it crisp up nicely!
  • Pop the beef crust into the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until it looks golden and firm. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes to help it set.
  • Increase your oven temperature to 425°F (220°C). Now, spread a thin, even layer of your favorite pizza sauce over the pre-baked beef crust, then pile on the shredded mozzarella and pepperoni (or any other delicious toppings you love!).
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is beautifully melted, bubbly, and slightly golden brown. For an extra crispy top, you can briefly broil for 1-2 minutes, but keep a close eye on it to prevent burning.
  • Let your delicious Meatza cool slightly before slicing and digging into every savory, cheesy bite!
