  • 0.5 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp PB Fit
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • peanut butter for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, PB Fit, and egg in a microwave-safe mug or bowl. Stir well until everything is smoothly mixed. For an extra smooth cake, you can quickly blend these ingredients!
  • Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, ensuring they are distributed throughout the batter for delightful melty pockets of chocolate.
  • Place your mug in the microwave and cook for about 90 seconds. The top should look mostly set, but the inside should still be delightfully gooey, like a lava cake. Keep a close eye on it to prevent overcooking!
  • Allow your warm mug cake to cool for just a minute, then finish with a lovely drizzle of melted peanut butter. Feel free to add other healthy summer toppings like fresh berries or a dollop of Greek yogurt if you like!
