2. Slightly Thaw & Chop: When you're ready to whip up your treat, take the frozen bananas out of the freezer. Let them sit on your kitchen counter for about 15 minutes to soften just enough. Then, chop them into smaller, manageable pieces to make blending easier.
3. Blend to Creamy Perfection: Transfer the chopped bananas to the bowl of your food processor. Add the optional vanilla extract and sea salt. Process for about 3 to 5 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Continue blending until the bananas transform into a smooth, whipped, soft-serve-like consistency. If the mixture is too thick, let it thaw for another minute or two, or add a tiny splash of milk to help it blend, though it's creamiest with just banana!
