Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup fresh pineapple juice
  • 0.25 cup light olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons white balsamic vinegar (see notes for substitutes)
  • 1 teaspoon natural honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • Pinch of fresh black pepper
  • 1 shallot small, finely diced (about 1 1/2 Tablespoons)

Instructions
 

  • Whisk It Up: Combine the pineapple juice, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
