  • 100 grams cooked lean ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning (about 3.5 oz)
  • 30 grams shredded mozzarella cheese (about 1 oz)
  • 10 slices pickled jalapeño
  • 0.5 small Roma tomato diced
  • 0.25 avocado diced (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 0.25 cup salsa for dipping
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Brown your lean ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Stir in the taco seasoning with a splash of water, simmering until the flavors blend and the mixture thickens slightly.
  • Arrange the Quest chips in a single, even layer in an air fryer-safe dish or a foil tray. This ensures even cooking and crispiness.
  • Spoon the flavorful seasoned ground beef evenly over the chips, making sure every chip gets some.
  • Generously sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and tangy pickled jalapeño slices across the top.
  • Air fry at 375°F for just 3-4 minutes, until the cheese is perfectly melted and bubbly, and the chip edges start to crisp up.
  • Carefully remove the nachos from the air fryer. Top with fresh diced tomatoes and creamy avocado, if you're using it.
