15Biscoff cookies
2-3tablespoonscalorie-free powdered sugaror your preferred sweetener like maple syrup or honey
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, or directly in the yogurt tub, combine the Greek yogurt, powdered sugar (or your chosen sweetener), and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Carefully arrange and gently press the Biscoff cookies onto the surface of the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or a lid. Place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 6 hours, or ideally overnight, allowing the cookies to soften fully and the cheesecake to set.
