- 0.5 standard baguette sliced into 8 pieces (about ΒΌ-inch thick)
- A pinch sea salt
- 0.5 cup soft goat cheese
- 1 ripe pomegranate (for arils)
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped salted pistachios
- A few torn fresh mint leaves (optional)
- A drizzle balsamic glaze or honey (optional)
Warm up a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Carefully place the baguette slices in a single layer in the warm skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes until one side is golden and crispy.
