Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Microwave-safe Bowl
  • Spatula
  • Airtight Container

Ingredients

  • 8 oz high-quality white chocolate finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds plus extra for a lovely sprinkle
  • 2 tbsp roasted pistachios finely chopped, plus extra for garnish

Instructions

  • Prep your sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; this makes cleanup a breeze!
  • Melt the chocolate: Gently melt your chopped white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short bursts (like 30 seconds), stirring well after each, until it's wonderfully smooth and creamy. This usually takes just about a minute.
  • Mix in the goodness: Carefully fold in the vibrant pomegranate seeds and crunchy chopped pistachios into the melted chocolate.
  • Spread the love: Pour the colorful chocolate mixture onto your prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly into a thin layer – about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Add a decorative touch: Generously sprinkle the remaining pomegranate seeds and chopped pistachios over the top. This adds extra flavor and a beautiful look!
  • Chill to perfection: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the bark is firm and snaps easily.
  • Break and enjoy: Once firm, simply break the bark into lovely, irregular pieces.
  • Store for later: Keep your delicious bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, ready to share with your sweetheart!
