Get Ready: First, line an 8x8 inch baking dish with foil, making sure to leave some foil hanging over the sides – this makes lifting the fudge out super easy! Lightly spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Melt the Chocolate: Pour all your white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat them in the microwave in short 30-second bursts, stirring well after each burst. Keep going until the chips are completely smooth and beautifully melted. Be careful not to overheat!
Mix the Magic: Once your white chocolate is perfectly melted, add the entire can of strawberry frosting to the bowl. Stir everything together gently until the mixture is perfectly smooth, creamy, and a lovely uniform pink color.
Spread It Out: Carefully pour this delightful fudge mixture into your prepared baking dish. Use the back of a spoon or a small spatula to spread it evenly all the way to the edges.
Decorate (Optional): For an extra sprinkle of love, scatter some festive Valentine's Day sprinkles over the top while the fudge is still soft.
