Equipment

  • 8x8-inch baking dish
  • Foil
  • Microwave-safe Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Spatula
  • Sharp Knife
  • Cutting Board

Ingredients

  • 16 oz can creamy strawberry frosting (any brand, about 1 ½ cups)
  • 12 oz package white chocolate chips (about 2 cups)
  • Dash festive Valentine's Day sprinkles (optional, for a lovely touch!)

Instructions

  • Get Ready: First, line an 8x8 inch baking dish with foil, making sure to leave some foil hanging over the sides – this makes lifting the fudge out super easy! Lightly spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Melt the Chocolate: Pour all your white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat them in the microwave in short 30-second bursts, stirring well after each burst. Keep going until the chips are completely smooth and beautifully melted. Be careful not to overheat!
  • Mix the Magic: Once your white chocolate is perfectly melted, add the entire can of strawberry frosting to the bowl. Stir everything together gently until the mixture is perfectly smooth, creamy, and a lovely uniform pink color.
  • Spread It Out: Carefully pour this delightful fudge mixture into your prepared baking dish. Use the back of a spoon or a small spatula to spread it evenly all the way to the edges.
  • Decorate (Optional): For an extra sprinkle of love, scatter some festive Valentine's Day sprinkles over the top while the fudge is still soft.
  • Chill to Set: Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until your fudge is nice and firm.
  • Cut and Enjoy: Once chilled and firm, use the foil overhang to easily lift the fudge block out of the dish. Transfer it to a cutting board and use a sharp knife to slice it into small, adorable bite-sized squares. Share these sweet, homemade treats with your loved ones!
