Equipment

  • Double Boiler
  • 9x9-inch Baking Dish
  • Parchment Paper
  • Spatula
  • Cutting Board
  • Microwave-safe Bowl
  • Zippered Bag or Fork

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix like Betty Crocker
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14-ounce
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup festive sprinkles divided
  • 3-4 ounces almond bark or extra white chocolate

Instructions

  • In a medium double boiler (or a heat-safe bowl over simmering water), gently combine your white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  • Warm this mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until everything is beautifully melted and smooth. This takes just a few minutes!
  • Once melted, keep stirring for another 2-3 minutes to ensure it's all perfectly combined and reaches a lovely, thick consistency.
  • Take the pan off the heat (but leave it over the warm water for now). Stir in the pure vanilla extract and half of your colorful sprinkles. Give it a good mix!
  • Prepare a 9x9-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang for easy removal. Lightly mist with cooking spray.
  • Carefully pour the warm fudge mixture into your prepared dish and use a spatula to spread it evenly.
  • Now, sprinkle the remaining festive sprinkles generously over the top. Pop the dish into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
  • Once firm, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper. Place it on a cutting board and slice it into lovely bite-sized pieces.
  • For an extra touch, melt the almond bark (or more white chocolate) in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring until silky smooth.
  • Transfer the melted bark to a small zippered bag, snip a tiny corner, and artfully drizzle it over your fudge pieces. A fork works wonderfully too!
  • Allow the drizzle to set completely before enjoying these delightful Valentine's treats!
