In a medium double boiler (or a heat-safe bowl over simmering water), gently combine your white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
Warm this mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until everything is beautifully melted and smooth. This takes just a few minutes!
Once melted, keep stirring for another 2-3 minutes to ensure it's all perfectly combined and reaches a lovely, thick consistency.
Take the pan off the heat (but leave it over the warm water for now). Stir in the pure vanilla extract and half of your colorful sprinkles. Give it a good mix!
Prepare a 9x9-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang for easy removal. Lightly mist with cooking spray.
Carefully pour the warm fudge mixture into your prepared dish and use a spatula to spread it evenly.
Now, sprinkle the remaining festive sprinkles generously over the top. Pop the dish into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
Once firm, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper. Place it on a cutting board and slice it into lovely bite-sized pieces.
For an extra touch, melt the almond bark (or more white chocolate) in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring until silky smooth.
Transfer the melted bark to a small zippered bag, snip a tiny corner, and artfully drizzle it over your fudge pieces. A fork works wonderfully too!
Allow the drizzle to set completely before enjoying these delightful Valentine's treats!
