Equipment

  • Spacious Pitcher or Large Container
  • Refrigerator
  • Large Festive Punch Bowl

Ingredients

Punch Ingredients

  • 2 cans frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate 12-ounce, opt for a light or reduced-sugar version if available
  • 2 liters diet lemon-lime soda or plain sparkling water with a splash of lime juice
  • 0.5 gallon fruit-based raspberry sorbet or a low-sugar berry sherbet
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries for a beautiful garnish

Instructions

  • 1. Prepare the Lemonade Base: In a spacious pitcher or large container, combine the two cans of frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate. Instead of the full amount, add only 2/3 of the water typically recommended on the concentrate's packaging. Stir well until completely dissolved, creating a flavorful, slightly more concentrated base.
  • 2. Chill Thoroughly: Make sure your prepared lemonade base and the diet lemon-lime soda or sparkling water are both thoroughly chilled. Place them in the refrigerator for at least one hour before you plan to serve to ensure a refreshingly cold punch.
  • 3. Combine the Liquids: When you're ready to serve, pour equal amounts of the chilled raspberry lemonade base and the chilled diet lemon-lime soda (or sparkling water) into a large, festive punch bowl. Give it a gentle stir to mix the flavors.
  • 4. Add the Sorbet: Carefully scoop generous spoonfuls of the raspberry sorbet (or light berry sherbet) into the punch bowl. Watch as it floats and slowly melts, creating a lovely, foamy texture on top.
  • 5. Garnish and Serve: Lightly sprinkle the fresh raspberries over the surface of the punch for an elegant finish and an extra burst of fresh fruit flavor. Serve immediately and enjoy this simple, healthier Valentine's Day delight!
