  • 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs cubed or shredded
  • 8 slices cooked bacon chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • First, get your oven ready! Preheat it to a cozy 350°F (175°C).
  • In a big mixing bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, sugar-free BBQ sauce, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until it's super smooth and creamy. This is your delicious base!
  • Gently fold in your already cooked, cubed chicken and the yummy chopped bacon into the creamy mixture. Make sure everything gets coated with that fantastic creamy sauce.
  • Now, stir in half a cup of both shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. It's starting to look wonderfully cheesy!
