- 1 cup almond milk (240 ml) or cashew milk
- 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha (2 g)
- 2 tsp honey (10 g)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- Celtic sea salt Pinch
Start by pouring the almond or cashew milk into your frother. Add the matcha, vanilla bean paste, and a pinch of Celtic sea salt.
Activate the frother on the hot setting. As the matcha froths, drizzle in the honey to prevent it from settling at the bottom.
Once frothing is complete, pour the mixture into a mug and finish with a splash of hot water.
