Get Ready: Position an oven rack in the lower third of your oven and preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy baking.
Mix Dry Goodness: In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, nutritional yeast, baking powder, and sea salt. Whisk them until they're well blended with no visible clumps, ensuring an even texture for your healthy buns.
Add Wet Ingredients: Pour the egg whites and apple cider vinegar into the bowl with the dry mixture.
