- 1 lb Ground Mild Italian Sausage
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 0.5 cup Diced Onion
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 24 oz Sugar-Free Marinara
- 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning
- 0.5 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
- 1.5 cups Shredded Parmesan divided
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook sausage, beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet until browned; drain excess fat. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in marinara. Set aside.
Mix ricotta, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic, and 1 cup Parmesan in a bowl.
Layer half of meat mixture in a 9x13 dish, spread ricotta mixture over it, then add remaining meat.
Top with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes, then let rest 10 minutes before serving.
