Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Mild Italian Sausage
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 0.5 cup Diced Onion
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 24 oz Sugar-Free Marinara
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Parmesan divided

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook sausage, beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet until browned; drain excess fat. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in marinara. Set aside.
  • Mix ricotta, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic, and 1 cup Parmesan in a bowl.
  • Layer half of meat mixture in a 9x13 dish, spread ricotta mixture over it, then add remaining meat.
  • Top with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, then let rest 10 minutes before serving.
