Equipment

  • 9x13-inch baking pan
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 2 large organic eggs room temperature

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt optional, for sprinkling

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend your melted butter, creamy peanut butter, and brown sugar together until smooth.
  • Whisk the eggs into the mixture one at a time, beating gently until fully incorporated.
  • Softly fold in the salt, flour, and baking powder using a spatula, mixing just until combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.
  • Spread the batter evenly into your lined pan. Sprinkle a few extra chips over the top if desired.
  • Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Cover the pan with foil to prevent over-browning and bake for another 15 to 18 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Let your blondies cool completely in the pan to set their chewy texture before slicing.
