Instructions
Mix drained tuna, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
Stir in shredded cheese and chopped green onions. Shape the mixture into 4-5 patties.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each patty for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Serve on toasted bread, English muffins, or with a fresh salad. For extra cheesiness, top with cheese and broil briefly.
