Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried sage
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a spacious bowl, gently combine the ground turkey with all the seasonings. Mix just until everything is well incorporated, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  • Shape the mixture into 6 equally sized patties. Aim for a consistent thickness so they cook evenly.
  • Warm the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is shimmering, carefully place the patties in the pan (you might need to cook them in batches).
  • Cook each patty for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, until beautifully browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and serve your delicious, healthy patties immediately!
