Ingredients
  

Crumb Base

  • 1.5 cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 7 tablespoons melted butter

Creamy Filling

  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.33 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, gently combine the crushed graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until it's well blended and set aside.
  • Grab a medium mixing bowl and beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until it's wonderfully smooth and lump-free. Then, gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is perfectly combined. Stir in the refreshing lemon juice and a hint of vanilla extract until everything is well incorporated.
  • Take 6 dessert cups (about 9 ounces each) and spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of your graham cracker crumb mixture into the bottom of each cup. Lightly press down to create a firm, sweet base.
  • Carefully spoon about 3 tablespoons of the creamy cheesecake mixture over the crumb layer in each cup, spreading it out evenly.
  • Evenly distribute half of the luscious cherry pie filling among the 6 cups, creating a beautiful and vibrant middle layer. Reserve the other half for later!
  • Sprinkle another 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker crumb mixture over the cherry layer in each cup. Follow this with the remaining cheesecake mixture, dividing it evenly and spreading it out.
  • Finish by dividing the reserved cherry pie filling evenly among the cups. For a lovely visual touch, sprinkle a little extra graham cracker crumb mixture on top of each parfait. Serve these delightful treats immediately, or for a firmer and cooler dessert, cover them and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before enjoying!
