  • 1/3 cup low-carb powdered sugar sweetener like Lakanto Monkfruit

  • In a large mixing bowl, grab your electric mixer. Combine the heavy whipping cream and your low-carb powdered sweetener. Beat them together on medium-low speed until the mixture starts to get thick and creamy.
  • Next, gently sprinkle in the unsweetened cocoa powder. Increase the mixer speed slightly and continue beating until you see stiff peaks form. Make sure not to overmix, as we want that perfect light and fluffy texture!
  • Carefully spoon or pipe this heavenly chocolate mousse into four individual serving glasses.
