Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup roasted pistachios divided
  • 1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts divided
  • 3 bars 72% dark chocolate 3.5-ounce each, chopped
  • 1/3 tsp flaky sea salt

Instructions
 

  • First, get a baking sheet with a rim and line it with parchment paper – this makes cleanup a breeze! Now, chop up 1/4 cup of the pistachios and 1/4 cup of the hazelnuts.
  • Grab a heatproof bowl and carefully place your chopped dark chocolate in it. Set this bowl over, but not touching, a pot of gently simmering water. Stir occasionally until the chocolate is beautifully melted and smooth. Once melted, stir in the chopped pistachios and hazelnuts.
  • Pour this delicious chocolate mixture onto your prepared baking sheet. Gently spread it out into a roughly 10-inch circle.
  • Now for the pretty part! Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup whole pistachios and 1/4 cup whole hazelnuts evenly over the chocolate. Finish with a light sprinkle of flaky sea salt for that perfect touch.
  • Pop the baking sheet into the refrigerator and let it chill until the chocolate is firm, which usually takes about 1 hour. Once solid, simply break the bark into lovely pieces before serving to your sweetheart!
