  • 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute plus extra for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Chopped Strawberries

Other Ingredients

  • 6 Zero Carb Street Taco-Sized Tortillas
  • Oil for Frying a thin layer, e.g., coconut oil, avocado oil

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, 1/3 cup Swerve, and vanilla extract. Beat until the mixture is wonderfully smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in your chopped strawberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the luscious cream cheese filling.
  • Take each tortilla and spread an equal portion of the delicious filling onto it. Carefully roll them up tightly to seal in the goodness.
  • Warm a light layer of your preferred oil in a skillet over medium heat, just enough to coat the bottom.
  • Place the rolled tortillas, seam-side down, into the warm skillet. Cook them for a couple of minutes on each side until they turn beautifully golden and crispy.
  • Once crispy, remove the roll-ups from the skillet and let them cool slightly. For an extra touch of sweetness, dust them with a little more powdered Swerve before serving!
