  • 1.5 cups coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup half and half or 1/4 cup heavy cream + 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup Joy Filled Eats Sweetener or alternatives
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
