Frozen strawberries

frozen strawberries, thawed
about 70g

maple syrup

Soy Milk

unsweetened soy milk
Matcha Powder

Instructions
Let the frozen strawberries thaw in a bowl.
Add maple syrup to strawberries, mash and mix thoroughly with a fork, then set aside.
Sift matcha powder into a bowl, pour hot water over it.
Whisk quickly with a bamboo whisk until frothy and well combined.
Pour mashed strawberries into a glass, add ice on top.
Slowly pour soy milk over strawberries, then gently add the frothy matcha on top to keep layers.
Before drinking, stir gently with a straw to blend flavors.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of strawberries or matcha to taste. Enjoy your vibrant latte!
