Vegan Strawberry Matcha Latte

Ingredients
  

Frozen strawberries

  • 7-8 small frozen strawberries, thawed about 70g
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • as needed ice cubes

Soy Milk

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened soy milk

Matcha Powder

  • 1 tsp matcha powder 2g

Hot Water

  • 1/3 cup hot water 80ml

Instructions
 

  • Let the frozen strawberries thaw in a bowl.
  • Add maple syrup to strawberries, mash and mix thoroughly with a fork, then set aside.
  • Sift matcha powder into a bowl, pour hot water over it.
  • Whisk quickly with a bamboo whisk until frothy and well combined.
  • Pour mashed strawberries into a glass, add ice on top.
  • Slowly pour soy milk over strawberries, then gently add the frothy matcha on top to keep layers.
  • Before drinking, stir gently with a straw to blend flavors.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of strawberries or matcha to taste. Enjoy your vibrant latte!
