  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Crushed Oreo Cookies (about 15-20 cookies, crushed into crumbs and small pieces)
  • few drops Red Food Coloring optional, for that Valentine's pink!

  • Get Ready to Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Cream It Smooth: In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened light cream cheese and granulated sugar together until the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no lumps.
  • Add the Wet Goodies: Beat in the large egg and vanilla extract until everything is well combined and the batter looks light and fluffy.
  • Fold in the Fun: Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies. If you're going for a pink treat, add a few drops of red food coloring now and mix until you reach your desired shade of pink!
  • Scoop & Bake: Drop rounded tablespoons of the cookie dough onto your prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each.
