Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch fresh kale large, washed thoroughly with stems removed
  • 1 whole lemon peeled and cut into quarters
  • 6 stalks crisp celery well-washed
  • 1 large cucumber peeled and cut into long strips (peeling is optional but recommended for some juicers)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 green apples cored and sliced
  • 1 1-inch piece fresh ginger peeled

Instructions
 

  • Prep Your Produce: Begin by giving all your fruits and vegetables a thorough wash. Remove the tough stems from the kale. Peel your lemon and cut it into manageable quarters. Core the green apples and slice them. For the cucumber, you can peel it if you prefer (it can make it easier for some juicers), then cut it into long strips. Don't forget to peel your ginger piece too!
  • Juice It Up: Once everything is prepped and ready, simply feed all the ingredients into your juicer. Watch as the vibrant green goodness flows out! The apples and lemon are key to making this juice taste amazing and less "green."
  • Enjoy Immediately or Store: Pour your freshly made green juice into a glass and enjoy its refreshing, healthy taste right away! If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight glass jar or bottle in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours to maintain peak freshness and nutrients.
