Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Carefully unwrap your wheel of brie cheese. You can leave the rind on or gently slice off the top if you prefer a gooier center (it's totally up to you!). Place the brie on your prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the apricot jam with the finely chopped jalapeño. This adds a lovely sweet and spicy twist!
Spoon the delicious apricot-jalapeño mixture evenly over the top of the brie wheel. Sprinkle with the chopped almonds and a pinch of sea salt.
Pop it into the preheated oven and bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the brie is beautifully melted and bubbly. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers like whole-wheat crackers, fresh apple slices, or light baguette rounds for a perfect summer treat!
