  • 10 ounces can diced tomatoes with green chiles (like Rotel), well-drained
  • 1/2 cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or other low-carb melting cheese)

  • Cook the Sausage: In a medium skillet, brown your lean sausage over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon until it's fully cooked and no pink remains. Carefully drain any excess fat for a lighter, healthier dip.
