Witches' Brew – Color Changing Halloween Drink
A magical color-changing drink perfect for Halloween! Watch as your potion transforms from bright blue to vibrant pink right before your eyes.

Ingredients
Base Extract
- 8 oz red cabbage finely chopped
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 tsp baking soda
Per Serving Mix
- 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
- 1 tsp lime or orange stevia crystals
- 1/2 cup cold sparkling water
Instructions
- Place the chopped red cabbage in a large saucepan and pour the boiling water over it. Cover and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve into a clean saucepan, discarding the cabbage.
- Add the baking soda to the warm cabbage liquid and stir well until it turns bright blue. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: pour 2 tablespoons of the blue cabbage extract into a small cup.
- In a separate drinking glass, combine 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice and 1 teaspoon stevia crystals. Stir until dissolved.
- Add ½ cup cold sparkling water to the citrus mixture and stir gently.
- Right before serving, pour the blue cabbage extract into the glass with the citrus water and watch the color magically change to bright pink!
