Ingredients

Ice as needed
3 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
3 oz sparkling lemonade
1/2 oz Blue Curaçao
1 fresh rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions

Fill a tall glass completely with ice.
Pour the gin over the ice, then top it off with the sparkling lemonade.
Very slowly and carefully pour the Blue Curaçao down the inside of the glass, letting it sink and settle on the bottom.
Garnish with the rosemary sprig for a witch’s broom look.
