Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise choose a light or avocado oil mayo for a healthier twist!
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce check for vegetarian/gluten-free options if preferred
  • 2 garlic cloves finely grated or pressed
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice from about 1 large lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup extra light olive oil a neutral oil like avocado oil also works great!
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Grab a large mixing bowl and combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, grated garlic, fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk these ingredients together until they are smooth and well blended.
  • While you continue whisking steadily, slowly drizzle in the extra light olive oil in a thin, continuous stream. Keep whisking vigorously until the oil is fully incorporated and the dressing starts to thicken beautifully. Then, gently fold in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Pour your vibrant dressing into a clean mason jar or an airtight container. Cover it with a lid and pop it into the refrigerator until you're ready to add a burst of flavor to your favorite dishes!
