Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 1.5 - 2 pounds
  • 2 cups salsa mild, medium, or spicy – your choice!
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix about 1 ounce

Instructions
 

  • Gently place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • Pour your delicious salsa evenly over the chicken, then sprinkle the entire packet of taco seasoning on top. Give it a gentle stir to make sure the chicken gets coated in all that zesty goodness.
  • Cover your slow cooker and let it work its magic! Cook on the LOW setting for 6 to 8 hours, or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is incredibly tender.
  • Once cooked, use two forks to easily shred the chicken right in the pot. It'll be so tender, it practically falls apart! Stir the shredded chicken into the flavorful salsa liquid to soak up every last drop of taste.
