Ingredients
  

Fish Tacos

  • 1 pound white fish fillets cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 ounce taco seasoning packet

Creamy Slaw

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 0.5 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 8 small low-carb tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Gently pat your fish pieces dry with paper towels, then place them in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the fish and toss carefully to ensure every piece is coated.
  • For super easy cleanup, you can line your air fryer basket with parchment paper (optional!). Carefully arrange the seasoned fish in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and cooked through.
  • While your fish is air frying, whip up the refreshing slaw! In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, light mayonnaise, and fresh lime juice. Mix everything together really well. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  • It's taco time! Warm your low-carb tortillas slightly (if desired). Then, fill each tortilla with a generous helping of the perfectly cooked fish and a dollop of your creamy slaw. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges for an added burst of freshness!
