Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup salted butter softened at room temperature
  • 1 fresh garlic clove finely minced (or 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder for convenience)
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
  • 1 French baguette
  • fresh parsley finely chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • First, preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) to get it ready for cooking.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened butter with the finely minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Stir everything together until it’s perfectly smooth and well blended.
  • Carefully cut the French baguette in half crosswise, then slice each half lengthwise to create four long pieces. Generously spread the flavorful garlic butter mixture over the cut side of each baguette piece. Now, slice each buttered half into two smaller, easy-to-handle pieces, giving you a total of 8 slices.
  • Arrange the buttered garlic bread slices in a single layer in your preheated air fryer basket. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the bread turns a beautiful golden brown and reaches your desired level of crispiness. If you have more slices, cook them in batches.
  • Once done, transfer the warm garlic bread to a serving plate. For an extra touch of freshness, sprinkle with a little more finely chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately!
