  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or a healthy olive oil)
  • 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts about 1 pound (450g)

Instructions
 

  • Start by preheating your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes. While it's warming up, combine all your seasonings—garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano, Kosher salt, and pepper—in a small bowl. Give them a good mix!
  • Place your chicken breasts on a cutting board. Drizzle and brush each side of the chicken with the avocado oil (or olive oil). Then, generously coat both sides of each chicken breast with your flavorful seasoning mixture.
  • Carefully arrange the seasoned chicken breasts in a single layer within your air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 18-20 minutes, making sure to flip them halfway through for even cooking and a beautiful finish.
  • Use an instant-read thermometer to check the internal temperature in the thickest part of the chicken. You're aiming for 155°F to 160°F (68°C to 71°C). Once done, remove the chicken and let it rest on a plate for 5-10 minutes. This crucial resting period allows the chicken to finish cooking to a safe 165°F (74°C) and ensures it stays wonderfully juicy! Slice and enjoy your perfectly cooked, healthy meal!
