Ingredients

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese your favorite kind
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Boil the chicken breast in a pot for about 10 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Chop the cooked chicken into small, bite-sized pieces. Divide the chicken evenly between the two tortillas.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheese over the chicken on each tortilla.
  • Peel and slice the avocado, then scoop out the flesh. Divide the avocado slices evenly between the two tortillas.
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper to each tortilla. To wrap, fold in the sides first, then roll the tortilla up tightly.
  • Heat a grill or panini maker. Place the wraps on the hot surface and cook until the outside is golden brown with grill marks.
