  • Get your oven ready by preheating it to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for effortless cleanup.
  • Give your pumpkin seeds a good rinse under cold water to wash away any leftover pumpkin pulp. Then, pat them completely dry with a clean towel – this step is key for crispiness!
  • In a medium bowl, gently toss the dry pumpkin seeds with the olive oil and salt until every seed is lightly coated. This ensures they're perfectly seasoned.
  • Spread the seasoned seeds in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, then give them a good stir with a spatula. Return them to the oven for another 10-15 minutes, or until they turn beautifully golden brown and feel crunchy.
  • Allow them to cool completely on the baking sheet. They'll get even crispier as they cool down, making them ready for a delightful snack!
