Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh raspberries
  • 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup protein powder collagen or your favorite
  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt full-fat or low-fat
  • 1/4 cup Wholesome Yum Zero Sugar Simple Syrup or natural sweetener like maple syrup, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Get all your ingredients ready! Simply combine the fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, protein powder, Greek yogurt, simple syrup, and a splash of lemon juice into your blender.
  • Secure the lid and blend everything on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no chunks left!
  • Give your smoothie a quick taste test. If you prefer it sweeter, add a bit more simple syrup. For a brighter, tangier flavor, a little more lemon juice will do the trick. Blend again briefly if you make any adjustments.
