Latte Base

  • 2 shots Espresso chilled
  • 1 tablespoon Monk Fruit Brown Sugar
  • 0.5 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Milk your choice of dairy or plant-based
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup

  • Crushed Teddy Grahams (or graham crackers) for topping

Instructions
 

  • Combine the chilled espresso, monk fruit brown sugar, honey, and ground cinnamon in a small cup or the serving glass. Stir very well until everything is fully dissolved and you have a smooth, sweet base.
  • In a separate frother, shaker, or by hand, whisk your chosen milk with the sugar-free vanilla syrup until it's light and frothy. For an iced latte, simply shake vigorously if you prefer not to warm the milk.
  • Fill a tall glass with plenty of ice cubes. Pour in the sweet espresso mixture you prepared earlier.
  • Slowly add the frothed vanilla milk over the espresso and ice, creating beautiful layers. Finish your delightful drink by sprinkling a generous amount of crushed Teddy Grahams or graham cracker crumbs over the top for that signature crunch.
