- 2 large chicken breasts cut in half lengthwise
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder optional
- 1/4 tsp dried Italian seasoning optional
- pepper optional, to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Preheat your oven to 375°F and adjust the rack to the top third.
Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to create 4 thinner pieces.
Arrange the chicken in a casserole dish and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
